It's an objective observation if you minus the busted open part. Go watch it again and see what I mean. An exaggeration would be saying it looked like Yushin Okami trading punches, one-for-one with Vitor Belfort.
 
I only had Edgar winning the 4th round. He didn't do much. He missed with a lot of shots.

I agree. In most of his fights, Frankie kept giving up the first few rounds and ended strong. Rogan said that his Cardio is part of his skill, I didn't even know fucking Cardio and chin can be a skill, but I guess it is for Frankie

Well I didn't "minus" anything, which makes it hyperbole, as I said previously. And the word you're looking for is "subjective."
 
It doesn't matter. Aldo won the fight. It was close, but Aldo won.
 
I had it 2,3,4,5 for Edgar but whatever. We'll get a rematch in May. It looked like Dana gave it to Frankie too, he walked over to Frankie and had this big ol' grin on his face and looked like he might have said "I think you got this" and then kind of made a motioning of handing the belt to Frankie before the judgement was announced.

Also, why do people keep saying "don't listen to Rogan?" For the most part I only heard him praising Aldo. He kept saying how Aldo was landing the better, harder shots

He praised the hell out of it when it happened, he called it a grazing kick after watching the slow motion replay. Watch the fight again, he was heaping praise on Aldo.

lol, I think you need to watch it again. Goldie was the only giving Aldo any credit.
 
I don't know who the hell won the 3rd (typical "who the fuck won this round" in a Frankie Edgar title fight) but yes 49-46 is ridiculous but what do you expect with these judges anymore?
 
I can see how they scored it that way. I don't agree though 48-47 aldo was right. What about the judge that gave tibau 2 rounds though, I bet on tibau but even i saw it 28-29 Dunham. Luckily both the winners won

For people saying it was 48-47 Aldo, you're robbing Aldo of the fifth round that he won.

So many people will claim to, but really don't understand _you have to judge each round as a separate fight._

If the only round that happened tonight was the fifth round and you had to pick a winner, it was Aldo. But so many will never admit to this, but gave that round to Edgar because he did "better" and "didn't get beat as bad" in the fifth as he did the first and second.
 
I was wondering why it got so slow in here, then I saw the Fightmetric... Edgar did in fact land more in Rounds 3-5.

As most sane people have been saying, it was a very close fight that was decided in Round 3.

Fightmetric scored the fight 49-46 for Aldo. Edgar only won the 4th round.
