Gane landed 10x more strikes than spivak, is this the absolute record for a stand up fight only?

110 to 11 for Gane. Is it the absolute record for a fight that was fought exclusively on the feet and had at least 100 strikes landed?

only reason I say this is worse
is because Kongo had much much more time and they threw the same amount of strikes lol

But I do concede the ratio is 10-1 on your side

Spivak knew the memo for this one

Just come out and try a few takedowns with no real effort and be a punching bag for Gane to look great against

And still never dropped him.

Why people are fans of Gane is beyond me. He's not a fighter.

I mean your getting into a pretty specific scenario by saying 100 or more strikes and never hitting the ground. There have been plenty of fights where guys never land a shot. Mcgregor vs Cowboy is 19-0 on strikes.

It’s amazing how many fighters train for months, only to go into a fight and be a literal punching bag. Sometimes it’s like they’re not even trying.
I mean a couple body shots from a 240 lb HW will change your ability to shoot a take down pretty quick, but let’s ignore that.

So by your logic some random dude that landed 11 to 1 in the first 15 seconds of a fight that ended in TKO after he rocked his opponent in the first 5 seconds of the fight is relevant? The same as those guys that have 100% TDD while only a takedown was attempted on them. Use your brain.

I'd still like to see Gane fight Blaydes, Aspinall, or I guess Pavlovich since Jones is likely facing Stipe then both probably retire.

Oh, Randy BoBandy. The friggin' cheeseburgers have obviously affected your thinking.

I’m just saying it’s a very specific scenario. A fight only on the feet, at least 100 strikes, only looking at strike ratio. Theres been hundreds of fights were the ratio is higher but ended sooner. You are intentionally filtering those out.

I am surpirsed Spivak landed anything there...
He was absolutley useless, it was terrible to watch
