Meathead MMA fans are getting upset Adesanya is so dominant

If you can't take him down and keep him down, you lose. At MW, he's by far the best striker and no one except maybe Khamzat will be able to take him down and impose his will.

A lot of people are hating on him for just being too god damn clean. His opponents almost never land flush, and they NEVER land flush twice in a row.

Adesanya is a martial artist. Martial artists know that in any scenario you want to hit and not get hit. What's wrong with that approach? All of the people complaining about his style are upset his opponents can't catch him.

Stop being a bunch of entitled meathead casuals, and start looking at the way he moves and is always one step ahead on his opponents. It's not like his striking isn't fun to watch. He'll even sometimes allow his opponents to hit him if he knows he can get 2 back.

Or maybe you just want to see him lose for a different reason

Just because izzy landed 5 more shots then rob each round, doesnt cover ground for a takedown each round, back control each round dominant clinch position and a minimum of 30 seconds of control(each round)

Its 5 strikes ffs. This is mma, that other stuff needs to be scored. Especially in fights where each fighter lands 3 strikes per minute.

IMO rob clearly wins round 4 and 5.

round 2, and 3 are toss ups but I’m honestly giving the edge to rob for both of them.

I'm sure there's some of that, but unless you're an Izzy diehard, it's not very fun to watch entire fights consisting of mostly leg kicks. A lot of people didn't like Usman, but after his 2021, we've gained respect and are excited to watch him fight nowadays.

I agree that playing by the rules is playing by the rules. You win by the rules you win. Nothing out there says you need to bleed this amount etc.

So when our wrestling boys go out there and play a smart, sound, and safe strategy and get the win by the rules. Please keep this attitude. And please continue to call out the meatheads who disagree.
