He has never been hurt in MMA. In kickboxing the answer is also no but Yassine Boughanem was able to get off several good shots.

Yeah getting dropped is likely show over for either of them, but I was asking if he’s ever been even just dazed or a little stuff legged.

Like, Ngannou did get clipped against Stipe in the second fight just before he got the KO. He kept his wits and was able to fire back a counter as Stipe rushed in to try and it with his opportunity.

Depends. Against Lewis, he was very good at blocking, very tight guard. But because he knew where it would come from.
Sometimes, his head movement is a bit too wild and could get caught during a combo.
