If you have oatmeal cookies and doritos for breakfast I heard you dont need any supplements.
Sometimes you can't. When you're big and you train hard-core, you simply can't get enough nutrients out of food alone.
According to TS, he wanted to consume 39 pills. Don't know which other pills he's taking other than fish oil capsules, multivitamins and the others mentioned but mixing all the chemicals from Vitamins A through E + Omega-3 fatty acids is already enough. If you want to train really hard, make sure you can train another day. Sometimes just consuming natural veggies and fruits is the better way to go. A good source for enhancing your performance is by taking protein powdered shakes that contain multi-vitamins alone and other nutrients that incorporate through the body's functions (i.e., glucosamine and amino acids).
You can't really trust what's out there with today's supplements. Taking too much omega-3 fish oil capsules can cause defects to the body such as high intakes of mercury and oils that higher your HDL cholesterols. I wouldn't take nomore than 3-5 capsules per day (depending on which supplements they are) if I was going to take the sport serious. Eventually, the body will have side effects or become physically dependent upon such chemicals.
after the competition i wont take any supplements and be back to chicken, spinach, blueberries and all that.
fish oil - 1 capsule twice a day = 2
Just to get this out the way, im 2-0 i 'spend money' and im not known for doin things in moderation. So i ordered a few supplements that have arrived but i havent started on all of them yet. Basically, im bout to be taking fish oil capsules, a multi-vitamin pack, a pre workout pack, and a fat burner and with their recommended dosages ill be taking 39 fuckin pills a day! Am i going to simultaneously melt and explode or is this ok? Am i lookin at an overdose? Can i be beaten inside the ring? How many pills do you take daily?
the reason for the multi-vitamin and the fat burner is cause im makin weight for a grappling competition, so im eatin as little as possible but i wanna keep my ****bolism fast and dont wanna be malnourished. My 4 meals are an apple, protein shake, cheese, protein shake.
the reason for the animal pump is that i wake up and immediatly go to the boxing gym, shower an go to work and immediatly after work i go to 24 hour fitness for weight lifting and cardio then go to sleep. Im going the whole day with work and two intense workouts on very little food intake so im kinda tired and weak. The a-pump is supposed to pick me up a little for one of the workouts.
