39 pills a day too much??

Just to get this out the way, im 2-0 i 'spend money' and im not known for doin things in moderation. So i ordered a few supplements that have arrived but i havent started on all of them yet. Basically, im bout to be taking fish oil capsules, a multi-vitamin pack, a pre workout pack, and a fat burner and with their recommended dosages ill be taking 39 fuckin pills a day! Am i going to simultaneously melt and explode or is this ok? Am i lookin at an overdose? Can i be beaten inside the ring? How many pills do you take daily?
 
I take 2 mega greens, 3 fish oils, and 2 BA perday.

Why in the world would you need to take that many fucking pills? 7 is about all I can force myself to take
 
animal cuts and animal paks alone is 40 pills daily 11+11+9+9

its ludicris and overpriced
 
I'd ditch the animal pak or whatever MV Pak you have. Animal Pak has a lot of stuff in their that you don't need plus you could get the same benefits from animal pak in a 1 or 3 daily multi.

Ditch the Pre Workout Pill and stick with a Powder. Powdered Pre Workout Products work better anyway.

I only take about 10 Pills per day.

fish oil - 1 capsule twice a day = 2
animal pak - 11 pills twice a day = 22
animal pump - 9 pills pre workout = 9
hydroxycut - 3 pills twice a day = 6
grand total = 39

so am i bout to die off this or what?

well im takin ultra man multi-vitamin now. Its a two a day thing but its runnin out and from what i read on a bodybuilding forum, animal pak is the best.

as for pre workout, ive tried NaNO Vapor (powder), Plasmavol (liquid), and now Animal Pump (pills) and Plasmavol was the best BY FAR! I felt like i cold rip through a tank and knockout Rosie O'Donnell when i took plasmavol, nano vapor made me feel jittery then flat and tired.

Most of the members over at Bodybuilding.com are Animal fanboys.

I prefer a whole food multivitamin try Nature's Way Alive.

Animal Pump is good stuff I've tried it before.

You should take more fish oil. That is all.
 
Fish oil is about the only thing in there you need. The other stuff is mostly wasted money.

You're better off consuming nutrients from fruits and vegetables rather than depending on vitamins and supplements.
 
If you're taking each pill for a reason, then it's no big deal. Basics like calcium, anti-oxidants, joint stuff, etc can add up quick since they require multiple pills. If it's all stuff that claims to add muscle quick, then you need to re-evaluate what you're doing. I run about 30 pills a day. When I was bodybuilding, I was at around 50.

Sometimes you can't. When you're big and you train hard-core, you simply can't get enough nutrients out of food alone.
