32 year old going out with a 21 year old

Nothing wrong with working in grocery store until you find something better. Also nothing wrong with dating someone younger. The problem you need to take care of is your depression. See a doctor.

This... Just went through a similar situation in regards to age and beauty of the girl. I felt old immediatley and found myself trying to keep up in every respect. Ironically, she felt I didn't take her seriously. It didn't last very long... But it was fun as hell. Go for it bro. Hope for the best and expect the worst...
 
Sleep with her then decide all this stuff. I guarantee you will regret never sleeping with her, whether you regret not having a relationship is undecided.
 
If you don't someone else is going to. And missing out on this chance will make you more depressed. Like some of the other guys said - don't over analyze.

when i met my wife i wa 33 and she was 23... differences in ages always sound nonsense to me, if she has a mature personality I dont see any problem

People are just so conditioned by the government, religion, or society making every decision for them that the minute something comes up that doesn't fit into the little bubble that you are supposed to stay in according to those entities, they flip out and dont know what to do so they create threads about it. It really is sad.

yes, pursue it.

just because this situation does not fit your everyday-typical-relationship, does not mean that it can't work.

just expect this girl to change over time. she's twenty-one, and women in their twenties tend to, "play the field" to see what kind of man they really want to be with for the long-term.
