Like most people I grew up eating 3 times a day but gotten into a habit of eating twice a day due to boxing career (once after my morning work out and once after my afternoon workout). I haven't eaten 3 meals in a day for so long that now it feels weird to me. I usually wake up a bit later than most and I hit the gym the first thing. I eat a decently big meal lunch right after before I head to work. Then I eat dinner after work. I can't imagine fitting in another meal. I would be way too full to eat again unless it's after midnight or something.
Anyone else feel it's weird to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner?
