...although yes, it would stop you cutting, cause you to drink less often and stop you from reckless spending, yeeting oneself off a tall cliff does seem like a somewhat extreme solution.•Continue on with my healthy diet.

Um, if you're shitting blood at all, you should really go see a doctor sherbro... that's not a good sign.My 2024 goals were:
1.) Stay on diet >= 200/366 days.
2.) Shit blood < 16x over the course of the year.
Was on diet 248/366, which is just under 68% of the time. Lost 40ish lbs., currently sitting at 265 lbs.
Only shit blood 9x too.
Goals achieved
In 2025, my goals are:
1.) Diet down to 250 lbs. by my birthday in October.
2.) Shit blood <= 9x this year.
3.) Get back up to a 400-lbs. 1RM on the squat. My previous best before my weightlifting injury in 2019 was a 450-lbs. 1RM.
