2025 New Years resolutions

•Continue on with my healthy diet.
•Drink less often.
•Quit spending recklessly.

. . . Should probably do something in regards to my mental health. I’ve been on a cutting streak. I hear throwing yourself off from a tall cliff does wonders~

...although yes, it would stop you cutting, cause you to drink less often and stop you from reckless spending, yeeting oneself off a tall cliff does seem like a somewhat extreme solution.
 
My 2024 goals were:

1.) Stay on diet >= 200/366 days.
2.) Shit blood < 16x over the course of the year.

Was on diet 248/366, which is just under 68% of the time. Lost 40ish lbs., currently sitting at 265 lbs.

Only shit blood 9x too.

Goals achieved

In 2025, my goals are:

1.) Diet down to 250 lbs. by my birthday in October.
2.) Shit blood <= 9x this year.
3.) Get back up to a 400-lbs. 1RM on the squat. My previous best before my weightlifting injury in 2019 was a 450-lbs. 1RM.

Slim down to 190lbs(205 now, was 220 in the beginning of 2024)
Bench 300 lbs
Get a pay raise at the end if the year
 
- Own my first property. I'm a few months into this and should be done in a couple of months.
- Live a healthier lifestyle. Gym, eat healthily, sleep well. Deliveroo and UberEats are gone from my phone.
- No porn
- Take at least one holiday. The idea so far is three weeks in Japan.
- Read more. Game less.
