Jones is the greatest fighter to ever live.

To the contrary, that air guitar move during the Maia fight solidifies him in first spot. You're keeping Silva off the list because of one stinker, but you're having G(no rush)SP on whose had a dozen stinkers. You're digging a deeper hole for yourself here.

You mean the Abu Dhabi fight? That broke my heart. I was such a Demian fan and Anderson was SUCH a prick.
I forget which pre fight interview stuff he did the day of the weigh ins and he came across like such a quality nice bloke but the way he treated Demian was horrid. I was there and I can't flippin remember it. He may've just been there and not fighting.

Edit: It was Chuck Wandy UFC 79, my first UFC and he was just there, not fighting.

Oh no not at all. You gotta take a look at the whole career. Silva stayed too long and embarrassed himself as did Fedor. Jones hasn't done that yet and his record even if you take out the fail test fights has earned him the right to call his shots at the end.

Those 4 dudes are the mount Rushmore and it just sounds salty to not give them their props.

And I don't think he ducked big frank both of them new that was a money fight and were going to get their share or not do it. Most of the rest of those dudes are dangerous but don't have the name to be big money. Most fighters never have the leverage and have to fight on the cheap and it's just good business not to let the ufc do ya like that if you can.

Tom shoulda been out here winning fights making his name and making it undeniable that he's the best instead of posting on Twitter if he wanted that fight so bad. That's how you earn the right to do as you please.

I love Silva but there were too many fights where I stood yelling at him to actually fight. That’s not Mount Rushmore material.

Only time I saw him fight was at Cage Rage in England waaaay back before he turned into a dick. He was doing The Moonwalk and jovial funny stuff the day before UFC 79, it was all really good fun. Then you see him devolve into the antics against Demian which let's face it, heat wise they both had their work cut out, the ice bags were melting as soon as they were out of the coolers.

Only way you could argue for 4 other names imo if you argue that you put the 4 most historically significant fighters on there, not the best 4.

Then you could start arguing for guys like Royce and even Ronda and McGregor.
