Probably won't win it all, that would be a serious darkhorse year, but they are presenting a different look lately. I was watching SlightlyBiased earlier and he was saying over this 6 game win streak the Mavs have had #1 in defensive rating in the league. This is not the same team as it was a month ago. Just adding PJ and Gaff has given the team a much deeper look, they are younger and more athletic as well.

Still hasn’t shown anything in my eyes until they do this consistently against good teams. The thunder was the only good team they beat in these 6 games. The other 5 are bottom feeders or hurt teams.

I’m interested to see if they can finally beat good competition consistently

Hard to take those numbers seriously on a 3 game sample against #28 and #29 in the league... lol

They have honestly had a very easy schedule this season. I can count on one hand the amount of good teams they’ve beaten (that had their main players playing) so a real judgment can’t really be made until the playoffs, which they should get in.

I know what my eyes tell me man. This team is not the same as it was at the start of the year, not only in terms of personnel but also in depth, effort, athleticism, its like night and day. Yea, they played the Zards and Spurs, but they also beat the brakes off the OKC Thunder with the Thunder at full strength.

Yes special event. Sabrina lit up the WNBA 3 point contest (I think??) last year. Mind you, it's smaller ball and closer. Apparently she's gonna try to do it from the men's line playing with men's balls!!! =)
