There’s no package that the lakers would want that wouldn’t include Curry so of course they declined. Lebron would have jumped ship so fast if he could to join someone to take him over the top again.

Over a clandestine 24-hour window prior to the trade deadline Thursday, the Warriors made an unsuccessful bid to convince the Lakers and LeBron James to consider a trade to pair him with longtime rival Stephen Curry, sources told ESPN.

320 points combined in 6 games (5-1 in that span). Not sure the individual breakdown but Steph has had a 60 point and at least one 40 point game I believe.
