I think if the Hawks didn't double team and full court press him for the last 8 or 9 minutes of the game he might have caught Kobe's 81 last night. He was only 8 points short and he was double and tripled for most of the 4th Qtr.

This is the most athletic and skilled we've ever seen the NBA , but yeah let's inflate the numbers by discouraging any form of defense.

Stephen Gay is an idiot. He fails to take into consideration Luka shot 25/33, many of those shots with a hand in his face or being doubled and did it on fewer shots and fewer FT's than any 70 point game in history. You were correct though, Embiid drops 70 he's the MVP, Luka goes off for 73, the league has a problem and defense needs to be brought back.
