The key to dallas unlocking this series for the mavs is Kyrie. He needs to make himself a primary factor.

If the mavs can get those two offensive weapons going, Boston will be forced to adjust and that'll create space for the rest of the gang to start to be effective.

Defensively it's just a bad match up for Dallas, all they can do is put in more effort, and make the best of their screens / switches. But unlocking the offense will be the key for them if they stand any chance at all.

Most people in here might not be interested in this but did you know the GOAT has ADHD? I'm not sure if you've ever heard of ADHD "superpowers" but his greatness makes a little more sense. People with ADHD have high energy levels, the ability to enter into a state of hyperfocus, more innovation and creativity, and resilience. Do you think these things elevated Jordan above his peers? I've read Michael Phelps also has ADHD but I just found out about Jordan.

I remember hearing he had it but I never knew if it was true. Yeah it makes sense when you look at his personality and how obsessive he is when he becomes interested in something. I'm sure it played a role in his greatness and it probably also explains why his personal interactions with people are all over the place. I would also guess it can be self-destructive for a lot of people who have it but I don't know enough about it.

I wouldn't be too surprised if a lot of really driven/successful people have some form of similar disorder.

Seems I remember something about the NBA refusing to acknowledge West as the logo because they didn't want to have to pay him or possibly get into lawsuits over the logo. I'm sure they will speak very highly of him today.

It's called cocaine and playing against bums

ADHD is fake, if you ever saw people who actually have behavioral disorders you'd understand ADHD is not even real. One of my best sisters had an "real" case of ADD/ADHD and she is so off the wall even on the medication. The BS about how the medication impact the brain differently for those on ADHD and those who don't is false. There have been zero studies showing a cognitive improvement upon ADHD medication but there has been studies showing it can be detrimental in brain development.

Michael Jordan lost his hair in an off season and abused drugs for his career. It's not surprising he maintained a level of energy in a low pace era with Wanderlei Silva running through his veins

It's incredible what West accomplished while playing with the most restrictive ruleset.

I'm not an expert in electrophysiological studies but they apparently show a difference in brain waves between a person with ADHD and a person without it. It's not hard to believe Jordan has it because there are also negatives that come with ADHD like poor impulse control and a desire for thrill and adventure which could explain his gambling habits.

Yeah I don't agree with diagnosing a bunch of people as ADHD without enough adequate evidence to support it and doping kids up on a bunch of drugs. I do think it's a real thing though that affects maybe 5% of the population.

Cool / impressive thing about West was..

He played decades ago, back in the old days, but even in his 80s, he understood the modern game today, better than most could ever dream of. Everything he touched turn to gold, the Kobe Shaq lakers or GSW.. most guys get stuck in their time, but West changed with the times, he was still making waves as a very old man.
