Game meant literally nothing in my eyes because this team knows how to turn it on in the playoffs and the circumstances.Nuggets aren;t a very good road team - they're good enough that they rarely get blown out and often have a chance to win, but they are just maybe 4 or 5 games above .500 on the road if I had to guess. That was this game and everyone but Jokic played ass. Refs were real shitty too and Malone got kicked out for calling them out on their bullshit. And Nuggets still were a single play from winning and Aaron Gordon literally slipped on the court like a banana peel was there on a very important late posession. Then on the last play of the game the (back up) coach who I've never heard of blew the timing of calling time out which forced Jokic to only have time to put up a shitty prayer shot at the end of the game.
in other words, it's not a barometer for much. Personally I'd be optimistic that the Mavs will beat the Clippers.
