Big 12 football and basketball are moving to TNT in a trade for Inside The NBA, which is moving to ESPN

At face value it looks good, but…..

“ESPN and FOX remain the Big 12’s “flagship partners,” he notes, and the networks will continue to air their committed number of football and basketball games. No content will be reduced on ESPN and FOX linear platforms.”

If they are only gonna show what was headed to ESPN+, that means a lot of the crappy games no one really cares about. So unless they also get some of the bigger match ups, it’s not really a fair trade.

Hopefully the week off gave Bryce a little more recovery time. Rumor has it that he was out due to a Staph Infection. If he can have a real life Captain America type performance, they might have a shot. The game plan against ND has to be 4 yards per carry and control the clock, and pray to god they can get a stop on defense. If ND gets ahead, or forces Army into 3rd and long situations, then they might as well sit the starters for the championship game like I previously mentioned. I hold no illusions of grandeur. I just hope they do better than Navy did.

I hope Army and Navy can start to have the type of success Air Force “usually” has, and at least become a regular pair of bowl participants. No more up and down years. I hope Daily serves as the model for all QB recruiting efforts here on out. The days of a fast short king need to be replaced by a durable 6ft or better 200+ QB.
