2020-21 NBA Player Contracts

It's all driven by loads of incredibly stupid people. Which is their fanbase.
It's a talent show, they aren't worth 100k a year.

Don't pay the insane ticket price. Don't buy the ridiculously overpriced clothing.

he just does it because he's retarded and think his stats is more important than team winning
which is why no team wants westbrook, and everybody has recognized he is team cancer, any basketball fan with an iq ackowledge that

wizards was 0-5 with westbrook on the court this year, last night westbrook sat out and wizards won their first game by a 30 points blowout, that should tell you something

I bet you a lot of Basketball fans don't pay for cable or the specialty Sports channels either though. Streaming the games for free is ubiquitous across all Sports.

IDK man if he only got a few triple doubles a year I'd get it.. he averaged a triple double for like 3 years though lol - hard to fucking con your way into that all year.

If you want to know how much UFC fighters should get paid based on what they bring in you up the 15% revenue split UFC fighters get to 50%, what NBA players get. But 50% would be of UFC's total revenue, not NBA's total revenue and remove company bonuses.

For example (and I know it's not an even spread among fighters) Amanda Nunes' reported UFC 250 payout was 350k with a 150k win bonus. The 350k would be the 15%. Her 50% would be 1,16 mil. It's not 30 mil.

he shoots less than 40 percent constantly

if the fighters only get 15 percent, then where does this revenue mostly goes to? dana white's pocket? his boss?

Westbrook's earning so much because he signed a massive contract a few years ago, when he was still considered one of the best players in the NBA. If he was signing a contract today, it wouldn't be half of what it currently is. He's now universally considered a "good stats on a bad team" kind of player who ruins locker rooms, and no team wants him even for free.

if only it's that simple, you can play basketball every other day

if you fight 4-5 times a year, your body starts to break down from absorbing damages
 
Fact is, MMA is not a household sport. We like to think that it is, but it's not in the same way that football or basketball or baseball is.
