No chance. As long as Trump is in the WH I will vote democrat. Why not go for Martin this time around?
But seriously, that is one thing that has been really baffling me about support for Trump. Every economic principle, whether it's your household or your whole country, says reduce spending and save (or pay down debt) when times are good, only go further into debt if it can't be avoided, i.e. when times are tough. Yet Trump has lowered income and increased debt during an economic boom. When the inevitable recession comes it will hurt all that much more than it should have.
At the same time, although everything is going well, he's applied sanctions to allies. He picked them because they sound good, not because they are sound economics. On the other hand, the countries that are fighting back against these sanctions are choosing them with great care for maximum impact on the US and minimal impact on their own economies. How can any of his supporters possibly consider this to be a good thing? He is forcing his closest allies to look elsewhere for trade partners so that when things take a downturn, they will be less dependent upon the US and thereby less help in dealing with the consequences.
And then there's this, just out today,
Trump's attacks on central bank rate hikes risk creating future economic trouble: Don Pittis
So yeah, tl;dr you have to be an idiot to believe Trump knows what he is doing when it comes to the economy.

Be obstructionist. What are dems and libs gonna do if they don't take the Senate?
Road to senate has always been difficult at best to impossible at worst. The question should focus on what to do if the dems don't take the house. What are dems and libs gonna do if they don't take the Senate?
Trump won here by 27%
Yeah these early voting numbers are surprising. It seems great for Democrats, on the surface. Cautious optimism for the blue wave being strong.Insane voting numbers! Hard to predict the overall results, but at least people are voting!
Seems highly irrational to me, but it's your vote.No chance. As long as Trump is in the WH I will vote democrat.
Any predictions for specific races?Texas and Tennessee's early voting is already close to their total voting for 2014.
Unfortunately I think Republicans win the Senate seats in TX and TN.Any predictions for specific races?
Which they can't do for judicial nominees.Be obstructionist.
I think allowing DJT to run amok with a gop majority in congress is irrational. However, it's easy for me to take an absolutist position right now since I actually like the candidate I am voting for, so, luckily, I don't really have to dwell on the rationale.Seems highly irrational to me, but it's your vote.
