I look at it more as what does Beto want to do.

He supports additional tax on oil, I do not.

He wants to ban "assault rifles" , I do not.

He would support trying to impeach Donald Trump, I do not.

He wants to spend spend spend, I do not.

If things were better, I doubt someone like Trump would run for office. Trump is like chemotherapy. We wouldn't need him if we weren't on life support already.

I'm not absolving Bush of anything. TBH, I hate both Bushes and I'm happy they're gone. But that doesn't mean Obama isn't responsible for exacerbating the state of the post-recessuion economy, and that doesn't mean Clinton doesn't deserve a large share of the blame either.

Under Obama we saw nothing but recovery as far as the economy goes. I'm honestly not sure anyone could have done a better job. We we're on life support when Obama took office. The economy was in way better shape when Trump took office.

Exactly, Obama took over at the lowest low in the cycle. It could only go up no matter what the policies were. And it was one of the slowest recoveries of all time. Once that part of the cycle is almost over, Trump takes over and accelerates everything.

Essentially Trump swims faster upstream than Obama swims downstream.

That's a backwards way to look at it IMO. Trump is swimming downstream if anything. He has it easy yet still managing to run up the dept as fast as Obama did while Obama was pouring tons of money into economic recovery.

MFer has done nothing but get elected. That's his only skill. He has a degree in underwater basket weaving from an Ag college and went from that to government. Not the type of person I want telling me what to do with my life.
