It's the crassness of it. I don't think any of us are epileptic, but if we were, it would have been a shitty day. It's rustling jimmies via an attempt to exploit a serious medical condition. There's no skill in that, any dick whipping memes can do that. I need more.

Didn't realize it was animated.

Yes, the Houthi flag. The Arabic text translates to:

Death to America

Victory to Islam.

The slogan comes from the Iranian Revolution. I remember reading a funny article where some Houthi affiliates were saying that its just a slogan for PR purposes and the Houthis are open to relations with the US or something like that, was very lolworthy.
