So far, you've stayed rather vague in your proposals, merely joking (Homer) or staying generic (irish).
The way this is going, this is going to devolve into a liberal vs conservative thing again. I don't intend to let that happen. I hope that all voters take a step back before the final vote and look what's actually on the table. Don't sell your vote off easily just to please your buddies.
I ask both of you, @HomerThompson and @irish_thug:
1) What is your vision for your Presidency beyond winning the election? What do you want to achieve for the War Room?
2) Which parts of my campaign proposals will you be ready to adopt as part of your own?

GNN would like to take this opportunity to use its editorial page to clarify a few things.
This is and always has been political. We are running an election campaign for a political sub forum of a karate site FFS. If its not about politics then WTF is it supposed to be about?
You can play this non partisan revisionist kumbaya banjo all day long, but the simple reality is that there is no way GNN and numerous of others would have backed you if you were comfortable with the term "Alt Reich". Posters are voting based on their values as well as the proposals for the sticky.
Lets not forget that your vision led you to appointing a CTer who had no loyalty to you and stabbed you in the back after like 3 Palis supporters told him to. You then disappeared into beer and bratwurst for like a week leaving the campaign listless. Still you nevertheless ran a noteworthy campaign, and many of us worked hard to support you, both for your ideas for the sticky as well as for the values you expressed through your WR posting history
This is not about Liberal vs Conservative, but it is about rational political discourse. We like Gifs and memes, that is part of internet banner. But the moving of goal posts, the falsification of facts, the outright lies, and the transformation of politics into a troll-a-thon is a situation that needs to be confronted, not pandered to..
We are hopeful that you will join us. Your ideas are good ones and will be heard. But please don't be fooled for a second that we also need to send a message that the internet will be a sane place again. @irish_thug is the wrong man to send this message, he is a kind man's drumpf and a wolf in sheep's clothing. With him at the helm the deplorabots will be back and the WR must stand firm against this!!!!
