I think it's impossible to tell who they are because they have no individual personality, and it also makes it impossible to identify which of them is worse than the others.

Generally, that is a problem with identifying the worst anything. Who is the worst MLB player? If the question is "who is the worst player to appear in a single game during the year" you have a couple hundred players with no basis to choose. If you're looking at who has produced the most negative value, it's going to be someone who is actually one of the best among those couple hundred (one who gets more playing time).

I thought sodapopinski was the worst because he would just constantly spam pictures to the point that many threads were completely unreadable unless you had him on ignore. But while he wasn't very bright, he wasn't as much of an idiot as many others, and when he actually tried, he could make some OK posts. There isn't anyone like that around now, though.

Seriously, how would one tell if pwent was worse than KONE or Rhino or Heretic or KLN? They're all just trolls making the same bad jokes, practicing the same embarrassing apologetics for their party, etc. Anyone who is distinctive enough to top the list on the basis of their actual posting (separate from the soda thing) is almost by definition a good poster.

@irish_thug makes good posts pretty often. @pcptornado is the worthless one. He's a good hit stirrer, very good even, but I've never seen him make a single legitimate post about politics. He's just in in for the lulz, which is fine for the OT. He's not a serious person.

There are egomaniacs sociopaths and narcissists that hide behind sky high egos and super educations and twist the truth like a lawyer so that no matter what they can tell you they are correct and just smug their way from thread to thread . They use 1000 words to say what could be said in 100 the pomposity often times so blinding its like staring into the sun . And everywhere I been has a guy like this hanging around

Trolls are easy to deal with but that shit just makes you wonder about people on a much deeper level

Irish is not a bad poster. Real WR guy. I don't have any issue with him, though I certainly don't see him as the best the WR has to offer or the guy who is best able to start a good sticky (@pcptornado will likely do better, not to mention other candidates who seem out of it). I've never seen Heretic fail to make a fool of himself in exactly the same way that the banned hiveminders did. Just today, he was basically arguing that lying is good if you don't like the target of the smears and acceptable in all cases because everybody does it.

I think more smart and well-educated posters making longer posts is exactly what we need. Someone like @IngaVovchanchyn who fits that description is a terrible person but a better poster than someone like @second sight or the hiveminders.
