What is the reason for me to vote for you over the other.

It's pretty simple. We've acknowledged overlapping appeal, but I haven't screwed the pooch by dropping an election to Palis and then basically abandoning the forum for several months. His platform is literally a copypaste of his last campaign - very low effort. By comparison, mine combines good ideas from other posters, including jdragon, and myself, while leaving behind the worst.

Sure, @JDragon says he'll be more active in the warroom in the coming months, but President @Palis said the same. And when you look at the Town Hall, how much activity from each of us do you see?

Jdragon had his chance. He dropped the ball and went running home with his tail between his legs. Don't throw him another bone.

Just for the record, it is a sticky thread spot which means the president is free to unstick a thread and start a different one. The one that's unstickied is kept open or locked based on if it's an actually war room topic. In other words, candidates here don't need to assume the thread they begin with is the one they are stuck using the entire term. It's whatever you make of it

Yes. I send a pm before the term starts clarifying that but thought maybe you all should know if anyone is stuck with the through they are stuck to a thread. They are limited to one sticky spot that they can rotate out threads.

I questioned it once, Viva responded, I self-depricated, and GNN went all...

I'm not secretly anything. What you see is what you get. As for being President, I gravitate toward the shadowy figure of power situation. Like a benevolent Dick Cheney. Influence is attractive. Shaking hands and kissing babies isn't. I'm a VP with balls, through and through. Let someone else enjoy the spotlight.
