Yeah, why not? Puerto Rico is a highly developed country, top 30 in the world (over any East Europe nation and over some from the West).
yes but the title says US, so i wondered where in the US is the sk event

USA vs the world...Headlined by a Romanian vs Englishman!?...

There are 4 Americans fighting for the 4 qualifying spots in the Final Elimination (Final 16). Each of the 4 events before the finals, will contain them.

Lol

I love how you point out the max capacity of the venue with an exclamation, as if it's some kind of accomplishment. There won't be close to 10,000 on the night of the event.
Most likely not bro. It's pretty crazy to book such an arena but they probably count on something. Last season SK had awesome attendances for kickboxing, as big as Glory, even internationally (due to . But clearly the kickboxing attendances are now under 10,000 and most of the maximum are at 5,000.

Due to Eurosport, Superkombat is a brand in Europe now. But what I don"t like to be honest is the decrease of the big names on the roster. A problem also of Glory though. I can"t say KB decreased but it decreased as huge shows like K-1.

I heard a rumor that Eurosport will be winding down Fight Club?

yes and ticket prices were the same weren't they?

the ticket price of a sk event is like what? less than half of a glory event? even cheaper?

Yeah.

The cheapest tickets in Romania at some regular events are at 7 euros (up to 70 or more, depends, at my event which was only a WGP the most expensive was 70 euros but this was in Romania; some have tables and VIPs though), outside 25 are the cheapest.

Internationally, Glory and Superkombat are comparable. Glory 35 dollars in Vegas, SK 25-26 euros in Turin. The cheapest. But if we draw a line, probably Glory by half. Or more, who knows. Kickboxing is shitty now anyway, since no more K-1 huge interest and sells. 5000 tickets doesn"t help you big, and anyway some Dutch events were better sold than Glory. Than Glory Amsterdam, remember that event from Eindhoven for the Moroccans plus Souwer but in the end Badr didn"t participate.

Atila1975, maybe. New Eurosport board wants to remove all the martial arts unfortunately. Superkombat still uses this year of contract. I think KOK isn"t live on Eurosport anymore. Fight Club might be off according to their strategy.

And about Eurosport UK, it has different schedule than Europe. Another problem is that now all the Eurosport stations might have different schedules since the new staff.

Late 2016 SK's contract with Eurosport ends. Not sure if they will cancel Fight Club as well. Heard that the current owners of Eurosport (Discovery Commincations) will reschedule and cancel alot of programs and formats this year but they have to respect ongoing contracts.

They seem to be going the way of individual channels for, well, probably every country eventually. Nordic used to be one feed, now they are/have launched separate ones for Norway and Denmark.

Can't spot any Eurosport logos on the next KOK events posters and on a quick look they are only mentioning FightBox so seems like they aren't on anymore yea.

Kickboxing will be dying in Europe without Eurosport. :((
