He's said some things about Mexican illegals that can be argued is racist. Whether it was racist or not, SJWs are going to call him racist/sexist/homophobic, which is stupid. There is a treasure trove of things you can criticize Trump for or show that he's an idiot, yet so many people opposing him just want to lazily throw out the "racist" and "sexist" labels.

Trump has only said one thing insofar as I know that could really be construed as racist, when he said a Mexican judge couldn't be unbiased because he was Mexican.

I keep reading everywhere that Trump has made racist comments, especially about Mexicans...what exactly has he said?

Serious inquiry, btw, as I don't follow media outlets.

Thanks!
Mexican isn't a race ;)

The republican speaker of the house is an sjw now?

And then take it home to Chappaqua, along with all the other taxpayer-funded furniture. Time to upgrade; the furniture they stole from the WH last time is outdated now.

She was made to pay for that, 200k I believe :)

Well I learned a few things. I am a bit shocked that trump supports Internet fast lanes, don't see the play there, no value in that pandering. I knew clinton was bad on Syria, but she jumps the shark with her position against Russia being able to bomb jihadi's in syria.

Lol at trump and clinton being against immunity for snowden, and GJ and Stein being for it under whistle blower protections.

Clinton's got the traditional education for an American leader, while Stein's is equally prestigious if somewhat non-traditional. Trump's got a nice undergrad, but has a silver spoon instead of an MBA. Johnson's BS in poli-sci from a lower tier state school is clearly the least impressive.

Clinton's resume is also clearly the best of the bunch. Johnson's handling of New Mexico has been by most accounts pretty good, and is head and shoulders above Stein and Trump. Stein has no real relevant experience to speak of. Trump's at least got executive experience, though his record has been mixed at best.

On their stances, Johnson's seem a little inconsistent. He wants to deregulate off-shore drilling and the energy sector in general but increase regulations on fracking. He says no death penalty because of too many mistakes, but then has no commit on body cameras. He says government should force health insurance to include birth control, but says government should never subsidize health insurance. Supports the free speech rights of corporations to give unlimited sums of money behind the scenes to political candidates, but says we should label all GMO foods because consumers have a right to know. Tracks fairly closely to traditional libertarianism, but not entirely.

Stein is typical Green candidate. Holds the same views as about 80% of the people who live in inner SE Portland, which translates to about 10% nationally.

Both of them resonate with me in different ways as a civil libertarian, but turn me off with their foreign policy.

Regarding the poll, it would be hilarious if a 3rd party candidate got enough electoral votes to deny either Trump or Clinton and it gets thrown to the House to decide. Hopefully it would spur the much needed constitutional amendments to the election process. The elector system should either be abolished in favor of pure popular vote or at least modernized to be based on popular votes within the states. Right now, the legislatures don't have to even hold an election if they didn't want to. The penalty for having a President and Vice President who live in the same state should be abolished as well. Ties and failures to reach a majority should result in a top-two run-off before Thanksgiving, not sent to the House.

This was great.
Like Trump would let himself be put on the dollar bill.

"The one? Who is on that? Washington? No, he is ok. He was tall. And I read somewhere that he was in favor of the Brexit. But I heard he has bad teeth. The one seems alright for him".

"Who is on the 100? Ben Franklin? He was not even a president! He was just some guy who wrote a book. I wrote 8 books. Besides, look at him. He looks like Bernie Sanders with better hair. Still bad hair mind you, but better than Bernie. What, he may have discovered electricity? You know who that benefited the most? Hillary Clinton when she deleted 30000 emails people! Sounds like Phony Franklin was setting things up for Hillary. We should kick him off the hundred, and put me on. I will make the 100 great again. It will be the most majestic 100 dollar bill you have ever seen, believe me. It will be so yuge that it will say 100, but it will be worth at least 10,000. Or maybe 20,000. Whatever I feel like that day. What I am saying is Phony Franklin and crooked Hillary have been ruining the 100 for years now. You put me on there, I will make it great. The best."

That rapist line was horrible.

Yet, I didn't know what he was talking about until I heard months later that he was referencing the fact that 80% of women who make the journey to cross the border illegally report being raped:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/12/central-america-migrants-rape_n_5806972.html
And when I brought this up to a progressive friend, she had no idea and didn't quite know how to handle it, because it wasn't Americans who were doing the raping. She had been trapped in the leftist echo chamber and couldn't believe it.

So although what he said was worded poorly, had he not said it that way, I would probably had never known about the rape crisis of those crossing the border.

That's because he did not know what he was talking about, someone pointed out the illigal immigrants were not raping more than anyone else, disputing trumps comments.

So trump cites that 80% numbers and said that backed up his claims that most immigrants were rapists. When it was pointed out that it did no such thing, he responded with "well whose doing the raping, someone has to be doing the raping?".

It's asinine.

It would be like British currency. The monarch is on all the money.
