CJWs already on full damage control for the debate a week ahead of time.

I actually don't mind it, because I think we're at the point where people can see through the bias, if in fact this moderator chooses to cross that line. I think it would be best for the Libby moderators to ride the line as best as possible, so they don't incite prejudice against themselves, and as a consequence, Hillary Clinton.

If Trump is as bad as they say, they should be able to let him hang himself with hard, but fair questions. If they appear left leaning, I don't think it will go very good for them

I want the moderators to be tough on both of them.

They should do what Megan Kelly did in the later debates showing a highlight reel of their bullshit and then ask "what do you think of this?"

I wish they would lol

If anyone is even the slightest bit tough on Hillary she would be exposed for all to see. There is no way you can spin that amount of bullshit unless people are helping you.

RealClearPolitics has Trump leading in Florida now

I know the polls are volatile this cycle to say the least, but I think its near enough to 50/50 and notwithstanding any further scandals, it looks like the debates are gonna decide this one.

I don't think the public is somehow blinded by her scandals or negative headlines. She isn't seen as trustworthy or liked. The problem is both candidates are seen as unfavorable over favorable.

Yeah, but if some really hard questions were asked about Hillary's...umm "dealings" while in office, it could get ugly real quick.

Yes, Trump is a crooked businessman with skeletons in his closet I'm sure, but nothing on the level of the Clinton's fuckery.

The Economist is going to town on Donald and his hatemongers:

FIRST, an apology, or rather a regret: The Economist would prefer not to advertise the rantings of racists and cranks. Unfortunately, and somewhat astonishingly, the Alt-Right—the misleading name for a ragtag but consistently repulsive movement that hitherto has flourished only on the internet—has insinuated itself, unignorably, into American politics. That grim achievement points to the reverse sway now held by the margins, of both ideology and the media, over the mainstream. It also reflects the indiscriminate cynicism of Donald Trump’s campaign.

Wow, Donald just shattered Obama's small donor record. And is keeping polling relativity even despite Hillary outspending 4-1

He's definitely got support

Add in the debates being a week away with Donald having amazing sensationalist ammo with Hillary's health, terror attack and apparent evidence of her IT guys tampering with documents -- and Donny boy could do some serious gains next week.

Cool.

I vehemently disagree with everything that asshat says but at least he owns up to being the biggot he is.
I own up to what I am and stand behind my words, that much is true. I have no clue why you consider me a bigot. While I'm not overly concerned with the reason or your opinion of me, an actual reason for it would be informative.

Obama is lecturing us again. We must be a bunch of sexists

“There’s a reason why we haven’t had a woman president–that we as a society still grapple with what it means to see powerful women,” Obama said during a speech on Saturday evening. “And it still troubles us in a lot of ways, unfairly, and that expresses itself in all sorts of ways.”

Also Charlie Crist tells a joke about Hillary that gets the crowd all worked up.

Trump camp mad at the media for reporting that he wants to profile people.

Trump wants racial profiling but won't say racial profiling. He knows what he means and so do his supporters

He was basically saying that a person that looks like he is from the Middle East could have a bomb strapped to his back but we don't say anything because we are worried about being accused of profiling.

The "bomb strapped to his back" portion is important in this context
