Well you should do your homework, this divide started( perhaps escalated ) with Newt Gingrich when he was speaker had has since snow balled , he had republicans move to the suburbs and canceled things like inter party softball to limit bipartisanship , there was also the tea party who unfortunately had enough clout to finish any republican who appeared willing to compromise on pretty much anything .

You shouldn't focus so much on parties and more so ideology. One ideology is focused on "progress" as defined by a move away from any and everything that can be considered traditionally American. And that includes basic rights and freedoms. The right has compromised and allowed our society and policies to move away from what they believe. The left has never gotten to a point where they said "ok, we've reached the finish line and don't need any more 'progress'". There agenda is never ending progress and conversely a never ending assault on our basic rights, culture, and values.

The republican party are globalist politicians who don't represent the right in this country.

Sure they have. Not nearly to the degree as democrats but the RNC has not helped and are not the solution...at least in its current form. A Trump led RNC tho...that might help the situation.
