the problem with this hypothetical is it is completely ridiculous. it is based on the characterization of propaganda from conservatives and republicans, not any real basis of fact. they even tried to say that she deliberately had the people in benghazi killed, that's how fucking psychotic the right has become.

the more interesting hypothetical would be to pose that to trump supporters, because they are the ones with unwavering fuckin loyalty regardless of what that man does. the fact you took what's clearly a characterization of trump people, and tried to turn it back onto hillary, is either an act of mental desperation, or you are just really bored. i dunno, but neither are very interesting since it's not rooted in much reality.

Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards is defending the Obama administration's response to the severe flooding in his state.

President Barack Obama has received criticism for staying on vacation rather than traveling to Louisiana to see the damage first-hand.

But Edwards said Thursday that he's spoken with the White House daily and has received quick responses for each request he's made to the administration. He noted that FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate visited the state Tuesday and Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson was in-state Thursday.

Edwards said he is "not complaining in any way about our federal partnership."

He added that while the President can visit whenever he'd like, he'd prefer him to wait "a week or two" because such visits require local police and first responders to help block roads and provide security.

I would think that preventing our society from heading there would be his motivation for wanting to beat Trump.

But really, the hypothetical is so far-fetched that it essentially puts us in an alternate universe in a lot more ways. A Clinton capable of doing that would never have had the kind of life she's had in the first place, and wouldn't be where she is now; and if we had that kind of law enforcement, the country as a whole wouldn't be what it is.
