Na man, this is the same guy that thinks pitchers shouldn't win Mvps cuz they "ain't ever dived for no ball" big PED does what big PED wants. And if he wants to act like a clown let him act like a clown. That pitch was hilarious though.

If my guy doesnt show fire in that situation then I don't want him on the team.
 
I mean there is no real point in arguing balls and strikes, it's not like they can review them
 
Jays finally putting it all together. Great start from Stro. Slowed down towards the end, but he got it done.

Big PED is out there playing for keeps and that wasnt your normal "ball or strike" call. In this instance ball= tie game, bases loaded 1 out and strike =2 outs, Canley up still down a run.

You must not have watched the game. It was TWO consecutive balls, each of which would have tied the game. Both were missed.
 
The Twins need to hire Torii Hunter on as a special coach or something. This is getting ridiculous.
 
The blue Jays get to face Peavy and Cain next week. I hate when they land in the same series together, automatic series loss.

1 month into my prediction about Brandon Belt - Hrs aren't there yet, but the guy can freaking hit. More walks then strike outs, and still hitting with extra base power.
 
The worst call I remember is when the Rangers beat the Rays and Joe Nathan threw a outside curveball that almost hit the ground. You could read his lips say "WOW" and it ended the game. Joe Maddon went crazy

Did it really look that bad last night? I remember seeing that Nathan pitch on sportscenter, and just laughed.
 
Well, it was nice 4 game winning streak. Time to piss it all away. Dickey's on the mound today. Figure the Jays should be down a good four or five runs at the end of the first. Then, after they lose, Greg Zhaun can tell us how Dickey had a decent outing because he didn't allow another run after that, and the Jays cold bats were more to blame.
 
Someone will sign Timmeh for the rotation, and end up regretting it pretty soon.

Ortiz screwed up by being mad at the 2nd strike. It guaranteed that he was going to get a called 3rd strike regardless of where the ball was. Kulpa doubled down after the game and said the 3rd strike was "in the zone right down the middle."



The 2nd strike at least had some movement on it. The 3rd one was so low an obviously a ball.
