^No doubt in my mind he threw Kopech in there last minute. Hes been high on Devers and down on Moncada for a while.

Heard he was hitting 105 on the gun.. over 100 several times

Yea I did a double take when i saw 105, pretty crazy.

Sox needed guys like him to emerge as their system was looking a little top heavy coming into the year. Watch Dombrowski ship him out and sell high lol.

Also Brian Johnson is on the come back trail 5 ip 4H 1 BB 5K for Lowell last night. Could have really used him or Owens to emerge this year, probably would have saved them their best Pitching prospect. Well that and Buchholz being an absolute loser.

Used to get excited for the Espinoza nights, now its Kopech nights. Should be a lot more eyes on him after the last start.

Kopech struck out 7 of the first 11 batters he faced tonight but slowed down in the later innings and where he mostly used his secondary stuff. Still 5 ip 3H 1ER 3BB 9K, pretty good outing.

Yeah, he drilled Robles on the hand with a 98 mph fastball. I'm not happy.. I've been investing in Robles.

This is like the third time this year he's been hit on the wrist as well.

Looks like Espinoza is having trouble since the trade same with basically all the prospects DD has shipped out this season. Rijo, Wilkerson, Basabe and Almonte all struggling.

Don't think its a big deal with Espinoza a lot of young pitchers fade late in the season with increased workloads.
