I think he gets 2nd, but that still makes him a looooooser.
Yep and i am so happy right now to see Trump losing. I have a few friends who are supporters of his and I cannot wait to see what they have to say about him losing

i dont know, typing while annoyed and raged never worked out. Just a stupid event that proves that america is stupid. We would have neeeevvver guessed 2 ass wipes would win...

I wish I had some rum for tonight to be honest. Been waiting forever to watch this and now it's truly as fuck it type mood tonight

So you think his emotional appeals, despite him being only a bigot and not a bigot plus a christian, were enough to fire up their irrationality?

I have no idea why they flocked to Trump. I really don't think they bought into the stuff Trump said about his religion. I would equate them more to always against the establishment and like a bug to a bright light for the loudest mouth in the race. The media attention made them giddy for Trump cause they like dick swinging.

Did anybody predict a record turnout benefiting Cruz?

Rubio at 22 wow

Yea, the surge wasn't fake and you could see it was happening on RCP. Timing a little off but his whole campaign has been scheduled the way they've planned in. Slow and steady and not making a big splash until they need to.

Rubio finishing in third is good for him and he can definitely spin it in his favor come tomorrow. Trump cannot spin him coming in second at all

Exit polling is showing a difference between picking Cruz over Trump was "sharing my values". I said Walker, Jindal, Carson or Cruz were going to win Iowa cause they were the ones who could align that way. Have no idea how the hell Trump even came close to having a chance of winning this state.

Donald Trump shouldn't even be in this race and anyone who think he should shows how pathetic and how much of a disgrace america has become.
i thought it was a joke, but no people are actually willing to label us a asshole of earth..

I'm sure he'll have spin for it. That's what he does.

Does Trump drop out and run indy after this?

Doubt it. He's leading in NH and the four establishment candidates still need to consolidate for it to get closer of a race.

I'd say everyone except Rubio, Trump, and Cruz are done in the GOP race.

Frum has a great article on Trump.

O'Malley suspending his campaign finally.

So, when all of the Rand Pauls's and Jeb Bush's of the race start dropping out, who will benefit the most from that?

He'll definitely hang in there after this. His campaign wasn't expecting to win Iowa, and only recently did it look like he was threatening to take it.
