Cruz is what broke Washington over the last 15 years, and the media WANTS Republicans to be what Cruz is. That seems to be the narrative..

The Bush's and the Cruz's are the Republican party of the last 15 years.. But they didn't speak to their bases like they thought, at all, they only spoke to those that absolutely could not vote Democrat. Republicans have come off as absolute idiots for years, and have earned most of their Daily Show spots. It's been sad. Well, now Democrats have jumped left, and I could EASILY help organize a show like the Daily Show to make fun of the D agenda.. So the R party, and the D party are both on the outs with a majority of Americans.. The media will PRETEND Trump needs old establishment Republicans, because the powers that own CNN probably want that, but Trump doesn't need it. Trump doesn't need Cruz. Cruz endorsing Trump makes it harder for me to vote for Trump. Independents like me decide elections.

There are no Republicans voting for Hillary and the BLM agenda. None. There are Independents on the fence.

Cruz does nothing for Trump. The GOP resistance is just the plutocrat vote to keep the same ol' anti-America economic policy that benefits the super-wealthy short term. They disgust me.

Trump is defiant; he will stand up to the Republican ideologue agenda if he feels like it, I believe.. I've never heard Cruz mention shipping jobs to China being an idiotic thing to do.. Trump mentions that.

He addresses the problem. I'm 95% sure it's smoke, but I'll vote on the 5% it isn't. He mentions currency manipulation, and the fact that we have been FOOLS in trade. It means something; just the fact that it is said.

The delegates attempted to throw a coup at the RNC to get Cruz elected and when that failed, Cruz finally decided to endorse Trump.
