If the republicans candidates were so much better, Trump wouldn't have won. Rubio got smashed in his own homestate

But in a nationwide election against Hillary they would do differently. Trump is the only one who could lose because he was so hated and polarizing. Rubio would have gotten all the votes Trump has now and all the moderates that are voting for Hillary because of Trump's vileness.

If Rubio couldn't pull 20% in Florida against Trump, he had no shot against Hillary. Rubio had no traction
 
Bush, Rubio, Cruz, Kasich, Paul, Christie all would have likely beaten Clinton. Republicans picked the guy with the worst chance.

Johnson polling 7% in NH -- wonder if he could siphon enough votes from Hillary to turn it Red.

Cruz unfavorable ratings when just as high as Clinton's without a scandal. The left and the media hates Bush. Christie is a joke, and no one outside of Ohio supported Kasich. Some of you NeverTrumpers are seriously overselling the effectiveness of the guys who lost to Trump.
 
There was a good streak of fortune for Trump in the primary process. There were so many Republicans debating there wasn't enough time to show how vacuous The Don is when it comes to policy.

Then, there was also the bizarre Ben Carson and Carli Fiorentino to take heat of The Don as an ignoramus on policy.

If there were less candidate, and an actual focus on policy by the corrupt media, The Don would have been exposed earlier.

I don't think Johnson is pulling from Hillary. He's the alternative for conservatives who don't like trump but won't vote dem. High turnout for Johnson should be trouble for Trump. Or, I'll be totally wrong, ready to find out either way.
