I didn't see an election day thread yet so I thought I would start one for everyone. Post all election progress here. If the mods have another way of doing this than feel free to erase this.

I just got off a graveyard shift so I get to sleep in all day and wake up to a surprise!

Just saw the other thread up top lol. I'm obviously tired, Mods please erase.

I don't know the thread your talking about unless you mean the general sticky. We definitely need one for just today. It easily will go over 1000 posts today IMO

I meant the sticky one, agreed. Let's keep this one.

Good luck everyone!

trump probably won't win, but lol at the liberal tears if he does. Couldn't be in NYC on a better day.

When do the first Electoral vote results come in?

Voting booths should have decontamination showers built in.

3rd ballot in in my area.

Showed up like an hour early expecting a line. Was like 6th in line lol. Well at least I got out of there quickly.

I voted Trump

Jolly

Rubio

Yes on 2

and Bob Gualteri for Sherrif

no on the rest of the amendments.

I love living in NYC and having silly people around me be so taken aback when they realize I'm not voting. As if my individual vote would have any impact whatsoever especially since this state will 100% go to Dems and Trump is certainly not the candidate to change that.

Line around the corner at 7 at my polling place. Voted for Clinton and legal marijuana.

<{jackyeah}>

Let's do this . Just voted, good riddance Trump .

Not much interesting on my local ballot , the only question to vote on was this very vague question about money allocation for energy efficiency improvements in town buildings which has no chance to pass because there is no actual plan. Just an open request for like a 12 million dollars .

Voted for 3 dems , 1 green, and 1 write in. My local state rep election both candidates are douchebags. The Democrat has 2 DUIs recently and called the cops on a political rival for sending him a text message he didn't like. The repub I don't like either and his platform sucks, couldn't vote for either guy so I just wasted it.

At what point is it normally known who won? Same day or next day? If same day then what hour?

Not sure if I should stay up late for this or not.

Will it be an early or a late night? Via @NickTimaraos, here's when the Associated Press called the election in years past:

2012: 11:38 p.m. on Tuesday

2008: 11 p.m. on Tuesday

2004: 11:19 a.m. on Wednesday

2000: No call

1996: 9 p.m. on Tuesday

I just sacrificed a goat to Moloch so Hillary should be a lock now.
