Kasich would have won, likely by quite a lot.
 
Of all the horrible candidates the republicans put up in their circus of a primary, Cruz was the worst. Yes, somehow even worse than Trump. He will never be a presidential nominee.

Personally I am predicting Ted Nugent, duck dynasty guy, or Scott Baio for the repubs next nominee.

I appreciate the sentiment. Most of Europe's elected leaders right now aren't exactly superstars either though. Unfortunately, bad government seems to be going around like now like the flu. Best of luck to you and your people as we all try to weather this storm.

I follow politics quite intently and Ted Cruz impresses me most across the west. I would imagine him to be quite good for the taxpayer and terrific for investment especially in urban areas where the US suffer the most.

I voted leave. I don't like our own gov't sticking it's nose in let alone the bloody Brussels elite.

I was happy when Trump won the Republican nomination. You know why? Because that meant Cruz had lost
