Things aren't going to change much in America. People are going to be surprised at how little things change for them personally.

If Obamacare get repealed about a million people are going to be without health insurance. That's a hell of a change.

Im saddened that America chose evil yesterday. We will not be a force for good and I can only hope rock bottom will be a great education.

But I'm not angry right now. Coincidentally I'm loaded up on pain killers the last few days from an injury and I'm feeling pretty mellow.

I'll begin the rage posts to scold everyone like children when I get my wits back.

Is this a Hillary quote? I cant' tell.

:)

They'll be able to find similar insurance for a good price. And if they are completely broke, emergency rooms are legally obligated to treat them.

It won't happen in the Senate.

I think it will, or at least (in a strange way) I hope it does. The Dems really can't stand in the way. The GOP can pass a pure spending bill and not fund the subsidies and kill it that way. You can't filibusters spending bill. So the smart play for my party is to work with the GOP and at least get some sort of stop gap for the people that have insurance now and do so because the get the subsidy.

No, they won't find similar plans at that prices they are playing now. That's because of the government subsidies for plans on the exchanges.

I'd like to see a public option for low income families and for people to be able to buy insurance across state lines.

Shit, you're getting that too?
Yeah, and it's bogus. I pushed hard for Bernie in the primaries, largely because of his positions on shutting down private prisons and improving education. From the moment Trump talked about wanting to run, I criticized him. Now I'm the bad guy who is supposed to apologize because Clinton didn't cheat her way through another election.

so is Billy Bush gonna get his job back now with a promotion?? Im sure he can get exclusive behind the scenes interviews with the President Elect.

Do you know what it's like supporting a Socialist Jew in rural Texas?!

How long has Trump held a political office?
Never...how is that a positive thing??

Hey, let's take a glorified real estate agent and put him charge of the country! What could go wrong??

Hilary, "I still believe in America". Maybe so, bitch. But America doesn't believe in you.:)

See this is why I have some hope that after such a nasty campaign the cooler heads on both side can work together. Liberals have to realize that they lost and are not going to get the policies they wanted, but need to work with the GOP for some common ground within the issues.

A public option and buying across state lines I have no problem with. I don't think it will lower prices, but lets give it a try. As I said, I would also like some funding for the subsidies at least one more year to help those that would not qualify for a public option to have some time.

They are doing the same with me. Like Johnson helped out Trump. I was never going to give her my vote, and didn't vote for the guy who ran against her. How am I to blame when my actions have not been a net gain or loss to either side? People just want to shame you for not voting Hillary.

My girl voted for Hillary, because she didn't want to throw away her vote. She voted in Oregon, where Hillary was guaranteed to win. A vote for third party would have made as much as a statement as a single voter could make.
