Kaine doing some good eviscerating of Trump citing people like Barbara Bush and Kaisich. He seems a little too good-natured to be the attack dog, but he's done a good enough job. Kaisich no-showing the convention in his own state is pretty damning.

no, i mean they had "themes." warren said "I'm with her" at the end of every sentence. jesse jackson said whatever he said 50 times in a row. now kaine saying "believe me" 100 times. its like a theme.

like i said earlier, neither of these guys can run on what honest, respectable people they are. kaine calling into question trump's character when he is running with hillary comes off as laughable. i could see it if he were running with bernie. not her

glad I missed Jesse Jackson speak.

"We're with her" over and over was definitely among my top 3 most annoying moments I've seen at this DNC.

Alicia Keys (who I generally like) with "where my Bernie people at?" was among my most cringeworthy moments.

Michelle Obama with dat classiness though was a high point.

Bill Clinton was terrible- even party diehards admitted such. Michelle and Biden were spectacular. And in the GOP convention, Donald Jr. had the strongest performance. Kid's much sharper and smarter than his father.

i didnt watch her. she annoys the hell out of me so i had to turn it. she gets a lot of love for all her "classiness," but all i ever see is a woman more concerned with being a celebrity than anything else. and of course her "never being proud of america." more concerned with hanging out with jay z and beyonce than anything else.

i like biden though

Interesting. Didn't realize people shat on his speech. I liked it.

Missed Biden but will definitely check it out.

Donald Jr. was awesome. It's funny cause the CNN commentators seemed to be all over Ivanka's speech as though it had surpassed Donald Jr, but I thought Donald's was above and beyond all the Trump kids and virtually everybody else at the RNC.

Pretty obvious the dude is going to run for some office eventually. As you said, much sharper and better spoken than Trump. And the type of guy the Republican party would get behind in a way that they have not been enthusiastically getting behind the Donald.
