Furthermore, that line is dated on the 19th -- before the dnc leaks -- in which, GE polling is indicating a hillary fall and trump surge -- granted it doesn't take account for the dnc convention bump, if there is one, but really the odds are showing her losing ground, even prior to the leaks -- and not a positive indicator for hillary
