also pretty odd, that besides the lone exception of Bruce f'n Bowen (corner 3 master), every good 3pt shooter in NBA history is also a stud FT shooter

Nash
Curry (all 3 of em)
Klay
CP3
Dirk
Bird
Reggie
Kerr
Barros
Hodges
Ray Allen
Peja

I can keep going

Bowen would shat like less than 2 FTs a game, hard to derive any real conclusion from that sample size

LeBum tho...

2013 Faustian disagrees on all accounts

"Well who brought captain obvious? Kobe has never in his life been as dominant as LeGoat has been now going on five seasons. The real question is whether prime LeGoat is greater than prime Jordan.

And I'm not even convinced we've seen LeGoat's peak prime yet. Peak athletic prime, sure, but peak basketball prime -- I'm not so sure. "

That's a great re-read btw, lot's of BD/Faust/Palp gems in there

A lot has happened between then and now my dude

craig hodges shot 49% from 3 one year, cotdamn
and 48% another
when the league sucked much worse as a whole too

The rich man's Dirk shat over 50% from 3 for Seattle one year

Interesting stat, my dude Brent Barry has 2 of the top 14 TS% seasons in NBA history. Saw the article a few days ago, can't find it now

I was always more a fan of the scrappy Jon barry

looked like he shouldn't be on an NBA court, but hit them jumpers and d'd up enough to get that announcing gig
I despise Tim Legler tho

juice has the most stacked team in nba history on pace to win like 55 games. that is underachieving by any definition

replace juice with a prime rob covington and the cavs don't miss a beat

He was a good role player for Houston. Good leader as well. All the players respected him

Barry shot 48% from 3 one year, and 40% for his career, he was not someone to be fucked with.

Barry did randomly shoot 67% from the FT line one year, even tho he was a career 83% FT shooter.

It was 2 of his seasons in Seattle that were in the top 14
