People say this, but that's only b/c the raise in cap has gone slightly unchecked. In reality, middle players and scrubs should be paid less, and then the true stars get the max. By diluting the veteran/mid level exceptions, and the those getting unwarranted max's, it just seems like guys are underpaid.

I think its the opposite, the vast majority of the league is OVERPAID, which skews everything
