There was about a 16 year period from around 1990 when the "Big Four" won every FA Cup, with the exception of Everton in 1995..............that kind of ruined it.


Ironically, the big clubs care less and less about it now, which has open it up for more surprise results in recent years.

FIFA changing the KO format of the European Cup to the fixture heavy more Lg based CL was the biggest nail in its coffin.

Symbiotic existence now ... no CL berth = 2nd world budget & no shot at winning your domestic Lg

Biggest surprise: we go one whole premiere league thread without the mention of Hummels

Most Goals conceded: West Ham
