2013 Travel thread

It's humid as fuck. I live in Vegas and thought going to TX is August wouldn't be bad, but holy shit, 95% humidity makes a world of difference.

Me and my girl are going to Japan this summer. Really excited, but neither of us speak Japanese. Anyone know if this would be a big problem, or do a lot of people speak English anyway?

P.S. We're going to Kyoto.

Their English is definitely bad. Even in large cities like Tokyo.
If you're going with your girl and you're willing to spend a bit more for a night or 2 incl. the best dining in all Japan, I recommend you should check out a real Ryokan. We stayed here for a night:

Hopefully back to Rio and train at Gordo's gym for a month.

if not - NYC and Marcelo's academy and either back to LA to train at Cobrinha's or VA to train at Ryan Hall's 50/50 gym.

might do a vegas trip in april or may.
