Depending how interested you are in women's mma I guess.

RDA vs McGregor would have been so epic that I wasn't even really paying attention to the rest of the matches, but now with the injury and late replacement I'm looking at that entire card and I cant get very excited.

Unless short notice Nate really surprises me, I see this as an overall very lackluster card without a single top 10 male fighter outside the main event. I'll definitely still tune in, but to me 196 went from a #1 must see card, to just slightly more interesting than the Bisping/Anderson fight night. The Khabib/Ferguson event now looks a lot more interesting imo.

So you haven't heard?
The new main event is Nate Diaz vs Conor McGregor.

I still like the card....

Every time Conor fights, it's worth watching. No matter how annoyed I am at his antics sometimes, he has earned that at least.

And I'm not the biggest wmmaman but I am interested in seeing Hollys performance in what should be a different kind of fight...

I think those two fights are worth admission

Nate & Conor will be awesome, Tate Vs Holm also.
but the 2 action fight i'm looking for, Thatch Vs Bahadurzada & Silva vs Taleb! I' m Pump!

This just became a very weak thread...

I agree..ain't wasting money on this card.
I'll save my two ppv buys per year for 200 and jones - comier 2.

The card was always weak, it's only interesting because of Conor.

You can always take positives from situatiomns you perceive to be negative

I prefer watching Nate fight over RDA, so the card improved for me.

Well I did say "unless short notice Nate surprises", but at the moment it looks like he's just there for a big payday and McGregor is a heavy favorite, so ya it's a interesting fight, but almost everyone sees it as a big mismatch.

Well, usually... I found his fight against Henderson pretty dismal.

Ah, we found 1 of the 4 people on earth ordering the card for RDA.

im pretty pumped about the main event still, although i understand some people arent

No dont be stupid, you know what I meant. RDA is a killer and he mopped the octagon with Nate, so yeah he was a much tougher fight for Conor, and the favorite going in imo. Nate is no scrub, but he's not championship material either, and on 10 days notice the fight seems like a mismatch. I hope he proves me wrong tho.

It was always a weak card, RDA/McGregor and Nunes/Shevchenko were the only good fights on the card.

They got a great replacement in Nate and now with Conor being the smaller man for the first time in his UFC career after being the bigger man that makes this fight extremely interesting alone then when you combine their fighting styles it should leave a fight fan frothing at the mouth, Nunes and Shevchenko should be a decent chick fight but anyone with knowledge knows Miesha has virtually no chance to defeat Holly, unless Holly gets hurt mid-fight she's toast and the rest of the card is a bunch of mid-level fighters who have no shot at being elite/past their prime.

Anderson/Lawlor? Latiffi/Villiante? Sorry those are all mid-level fighters and not worth the price of admission. Nate and Conor may sway me next week to buy this but right now it's a pass from me. UFC 197 and 198 are much better.

1 Fight alone doesnt make a card weak or strong.....having said that, Conor vs Nate on pure entertainment factor has been good from the minute it was announced, i was laughing out loud with the press conference.

RDA woulda murdered mickey... now it's going to be competitive. Quit whining, you know business just picked up

You think they wouldn't give him a mismatch on short notice?
