Here's his bio on T-Nation: "Tim Henriques is the Director of the National Personal Training Institute of VA. NPTI is a 500 hour, 6-12 month long school for personal trainers. He's been devoted to fitness for the past 15 years, in college he was a collegiate All-American Powerlifter, he has competed in several local strongman and arm wrestling events, and he currently holds the USAPL VA state record for the deadlift of 700 lbs at 198. He attended James Madison University where he got his degree in Kinesiology with minors in psychology and coaching. He is lifetime drug free."
 
#1 is good, but a lot of it seems like bodybuilding sillyness.
 
In (re)reading it, I suppose that I blocked out 3, 4, 15, and half of 2 in my initial reading. I still think most of it holds true though.
 
17 really surprised me to read on that site.
