Not that the order of signup matterz inside of the top 40... but Clippy was fooking with us about "pre-signed" up people... & so had to be disciplined.

The re-set went in this order:

1. Teh 4x champ...
   
2. followed by anyone at the time of re-set who donated money... (in order)
   
3. followed by OG's who were signed up at the time of the re-set....
   
4. & then everyone else... (in the order they were otherwize)
   
5. with @Clippy last.

Well I will clarify all that in the rules. You can use w/e program you want. Some use cell phone, some use MS Paint, some use GIMP or Photoshop, some use Paint Shop Pro, some use Flash, some use After Effects... w/e u like. Of course we dont want you to re-use an old shoop; it has to be a new one. You can use your old templates though or other's. You can make a still image or a gif..

I still use Powerpoint for 95% of my shoop effort... lol
