(very) silly question but what did i just sign up for? the OP doesnt say what kind of submissions are allowed/not allowed...is there a stock ruleset for NSL somewhere?

yes! whats allowed? ms paints? shoops? phone shit? stills? gifs? surely all this must be written out somewhere?

also in ms paint theres all these rules about not using an image you made before and stuff like that, whats NOT allowed?

Well I will clarify all that in the rules. You can use w/e program you want. Some use cell phone, some use MS Paint, some use GIMP or Photoshop, some use Paint Shop Pro, some use Flash, some use After Effects... w/e u like. Of course we dont want you to re-use an old shoop; it has to be a new one. You can use your old templates though or other's. You can make a still image or a gif.

Since there is a 50MB limit, we may add a loophole that u can use video format if your gif file is too big. This will probably be only allowed at my discretion. If I determine there is no way to optimize your gif to 50MB, then we will allow an Imgur video (gifv, or mp4). It's to no ones advantage to use Imgur video as the users will have to click "play", and that's to your disadvantage. But we will probably use that loophole as a last resort only. We have not allowed video formats in the past because then this contest will become a video editing competition.

And no, Frank Mir did not have a chicken salad up his ass. He hates chicken. He only eats kangaroo.... and he only eats it through his mouth.

haha i just had to add 3 more rule. Damn there are so many now, but things need to be clarified, and loopholes need to be shut.
