Wall n stall seemed like it could be effective in getting the fight to go long.

Fedor had a ton of finishes, but they were mostly in the first five minutes. I can’t think of many that happened after that. (Rogers and Hunt) If he didn’t finish early it often went the distance. He cenrtainly didn’t have many (any?) finishes after ten minutes. If Randy could’ve survived a round I would’ve been interested in seeing it.

If you watch the Lesnar Couture fight..Couture was durable when Lesnar was smashing those knees to the body,but when they threw hands,Coutures sharper striking trumped lesnar's wild inexperienced gorilla swings. Fedor would have hit pay dirt,and I dont think Couture could sustain a beating like that. In the grappling,it could have been very interesting,but I think Fedor's attributes would have been too much for Couture. Too bad we didnt see it though

Because Affliction had been a big sponsor of UFC fighters but as soon as they announced they were getting in the business of promoting, Uncle Dana banned them as a sponsor

Great purse. It is funny that Timmeh gets shit on this site, when he was an early fighter who told Dana to fuck himself and go chase money.

Dana never let him back in the UFC after that.
