Exactly. If public high schools would just bring back Home Ec we could quickly solve this inequality problem. But, of course, the radical leftist teachers' unions don't want that because then they wouldn't be able to keep fomenting division and class war.

People who had kids at a young age, people who grew up poor and didn't have access to professional information or tutelage, people who have chronic illnesses and have been locked into jobs to pay their ongoing medical bills.
I can't imagine how deluded and miserable someone must be to think that all the low wage workers they see everyday - gas station attendants, cashiers, fast food workers, grocers, waitresses - are all lazy, drug addicts, or whatever willfully stupid means.
I think it speaks to the delusions of grandeur of someone who is completely unremarkable that they have to derive moral virtue out of simply not being poor.
