So its been four weeks. Have the refugees stopped sexually assaulting women yet? Is it out of their system?

I mean, if it just happens once a year, that's partially acceptable. In fact thats something we should adopt. It'll keep the annual sexual assault numbers down if it'll just allowed for one night a year.

It was well thought out.

If hundreds of them marched into the nightlife areas, with a significant police presence on a night like NYE, they'd draw attention to themselves.

However, the area around the train station in Cologne is always brimming with people at night, even moreso on NYE and the cathedral is right on the doorstep where a lot of people congregate too. So large groups of men would be a common sight on first glance and less of a police presence. Plus, a lot of chick would need to go to the station on their way to the train/subway to get home, so it's the equivalent of a pack of hunting dogs waiting to ambush any stragglers.

Cunning wankers.

One 21 year old Iraqi got a one year suspended sentence under youth penal code. The court was convinced hat he had kissed a woman against her will and licked her face.

One 26 year old Algerian was convicted for aiding and abetting indecent assault (no idea what exactly they accused him of). He also got a 1 year suspended sentence.

There was another trial against an Algerian that had to be thrown out because the victim did not recognize the accused in court.

I hope they appeal their sentences! Obviously, the judges are racist; that can be the only explanation for such draconian punishment.:rolleyes:

I can only speak for the "kissing / licking" case because I don't know exactly what the accusation in the other case was: for German standards, and given what he did, this was maybe not a harsh sentence, but certainly not lenient...

Yep he is saying everything in the subtitles. He does say a lot of what the citizens feel but unfortunately this guy isn't the greatest person out there.

This video of him slapping the crap out of some chick over a disagreement is usually what people refer to.

For those between 18 and 21 at the time of the deed, the court determines the maturity of the accused and based on that decides which law it is gonna be.

The longer I think about it though something about the report is fishy. There are no suspended sentences in the youth penal code.
