If you were to count their entire filmography I would still go with Bale. Dude is a much better actor than Tom Cruise in my opinion

Bale easily. Think he's the better actor overall as well. That being said, Cruise would win the 90s. In fact, the two films he starred in 1999 are better than any film Bale has ever been in.
